Project 2003 Trial Install Error 1308 missing file prjstdt.msi

Hello,
I attempted to download the trial version of WS Project Standard 2003 Trial.
Unfortunately, during the installation, I receieved the following message:
Error 1308 Setup cannot find the required file
C:...\localsettings\temp\XP001.tmp\prjstdt.msi

I tried "ignore" and the rest of the software loads but when I try to open
the program, the setup launcher cannot find the required files
C:...\localsettings\temp\XP000.tmp\prjstdt.msi and sku1f0.xml

When I follow the file path and open XP000.tmp, the only thing in there is
OSE.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
