Project 2003 - Web Access - Cannot view notes made by other users on the same task

Hi,

Having a problem with the Notes for any task. If User A enters a note
for a task and User B then views the task, they cannot see the notes
left by User A. If User A goes back into the Notes they appear.

The main Project application shows the notes fine, but I want to be
able to have users using Web Access be able to see ALL notes. Is this
possible ?

To help you understand what's going on, the notes attached through the
timesheet are pegged at the assignment level. Each resource on a task has
their own assignment record, and that's why they can't see each other's
notes. Use your Team Site in SharePoint for exchanging this type of
team-critical information.
