Project 2007 -> 2003 converter

Hello,
I received a 2007 mpp file and tried to open it in 2003. I got a message
telling me to dowload a converter, but I arrived to a web page saying that
this converter doesn't exist!
What do you know about it?

Hello Robert,

Apply Service Pack 3 to Project 2003 to enable you to open Project
2007 files. The other option is to ask the person who created the
file to Save As a 2003 file.

I have applied service pack 3 to Project 2003 but I still can't open the file and it advises me to still put the service pack 3 on.
Please help
George
