Project 2007 add-in for Outlook 2003 crashes

You are not alone. No, we do not have a fix. Yes, we have the same or similar issues. We use XP and Office 2003 (but I've also tested on Vista and Office 2007).

The plug-in seems to work the first time, and then goes down hill. The plug-in usually crashes with one or more of the following:
DB errors - 'PK_MSP_EpmTask'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.MSP_EpmTask'
-Updates not accepted by server Exception 26005

We’ve had a case open with MS for several weeks. Is has gotten escalated, but we have not yet gotten any resolution or possible causes.
