Project 2007 and MySQL

Hi All,

is possible to run Project 2007 (without a Project Server installation)
with a MySQL database?

I am new in that whole MS Project theme, we have Project 2002 running
with a Project 2002 Server. Now my boss asked me to check whether it is
possible to run Project 2007 without a Server installation but with
shared ressources - stored in a MySQL database.

Any hints?

Microsoft Project 2007 no longer supports directly saving a project to a
database file such as a Project Database (*.mpd), an Access database, or an
ODBC-compliant database such as SQL Server. Hope this helps.
