Project 2007 crashes when opening a specific project

Hi,
We have a project on Project Server which causes Project Professional to
crash every time we try to open it. However, the problem appears only when
using a specific laptop computer. Re-installing Project Professional does not
help. Any idea what causes the crashing, and what can I do to fix it? (We
don't use Norton, so it has nothing to do with this.)

Since a reinstall of Project did not work, then I guess it's deeper.
Probably a flaw on the hard disk which has corrupted a file or files
that the systems needs but is not getting from the hard disk.

Recommend you run some diagnostics on the hard disk. I often have
success with SpinRite for situations like this. Failing all this, I
would suggest only thing you can do is to reformat the disk (after
checking it's not fatally flawed) and reinstall Windows and everything
else.
