Project 2007 Outlook add-in and Project Workspace

Running Project Server 2007 SP1 in a MOSS farm.

Issue is when a user downloads a task into their outlook, after opening the
task and when they click on 'Go to Project Workspace' they receive error
"http 400 bad request"

the problem in the url is it's adding the provisioned url
(http://project.company.com/project) with the project workspace url
(http://project.company.com/project/test)

Is there somehwhere I can resolve this?
So it looks like this in the url
(http://project.company.com/project/http://project.company.com/project/test)
