Project 2007 Pro compatible with Project Server 2003?

I need to know if I can use Project 2007 Pro with Project Server 2003. My
office is wanting to buy me a copy of the 2007 Pro version, but I need to
know of any compatibility issues.

No its not. How Project Pro 2007 talks to Project Server 2007 is very
different from the 2003 version. Ditto 2003 Pro cannot talk to Project
Server 2007.

However, you can buy Project Pro 2007 and use its license to install Project
Pro 2003 in its place from a 2003 CD. That way you can continue to talk to
Project Server 2003 until you upgrade to 2007 server and install the project
pro 2007 you bought.
