[Project 2007] - Project Guide option grayed out

Sorry for the repost, but no action on this

I cannot turn on the project guide. The option to turn it on in the UI
prefs is not available at all, it's grayed out. Using all of the setting to
turn it on and off make NO change to my system display.

I've un-installed and re-installed Project 2007, no joy.

Help?

I feel for you, but you remain the only person who has reported this
problem. Just for yucks, try the solution we have at ProjectServerExperts
which was intended to solve a differnet problem with 2003:

I have this option under ../12.0/...
It was set to '1' and I modified it to '0'.

No joy, still grayed out.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app.

Durn.
