Hello,
We are currently trialling the 2007 PWA Task and Timesheet system, and it
appears to be quite cumbersome to use. Ideally, we want to only use one of
the interfaces to record time and update projects.
From what we can deciper, we should perform the following steps:
1. Update the amount of time spent on project tasks in the timesheet area
and save the timesheet.
2. At the end of the day, go to the task area (using the Actual work done
and work remaining tracking method), import the the timesheet.
3. Edit the "Remaining Work" field to reflect how much time the user
believes is left, then save and submit task updates.
Although this is workable, is there a cleaner way - by perhaps incorporating
allof the above steps in only one area?
Regards,
Jahveen
