Project 2007 & SharePoint 2003

I have a strong suspicion that Project Pro 2007 is trashing my Office 2003,
so that when I try to access SharePoint 2003, Windows Explorer crashes.
Sounds like a backward compatibility issue. Have you heard anything about
this?

I do not know of any such issue as I use both Project Pro 2007 and Project
Pro 2003 in EPM solution environments. I do know there are some issues with
IE7 though.
My suggestion would be to uninstall all IE add-on's (Google Toolbar and
others) and remove all the ActiveX controls. To remove add-on's, open
Internet Explorer (IE), go to tools, internet options, click on the programs
tab, near the bottom you will see Manage Add-ons. Highlight any item and
click delete to remove it.
