I found the process of time report to project plan update is pretty
difference between project 2007 and project 2003.
In project 2007, we need resource to fill the timesheet ---> submit it --->
get approval --> import to the task page ---> submit it ---> PM accept it.
It is too complicated. I have found way to make the timesheet report
approval automatically, and any one could tell me how to make other steps
automatically.
