We are in the process of implementing Project Server and Web Access and are
in a mode of crawl, walk, run. I have a project timeline that has been
defined and published to the server. I also have several users defined on
project web access (both windows authentication and project server
authentication accounts).
The question is, I have assigned each of the users Team Member authority,
but want for each of them to have the ability to view the project that they
are assigned to. I have not assigned anyone as a resource to the project at
this time.
Is there a method to provide view access to the project on the web without
assigning an individual to the project as a resource?
