Project Actuals

Is it possible to over-write task actual costs, using Project
Professional, while leaving resource actuals entered in timesheets
intact? It looks like a project manager may have managed to do
something like this.

JB:

It's not possible if you have managed time periods enabled. It's completely
possible when this feature is not turned on, however it's hard to imagine
that this practice won't eventually bite you in the ass, when schedule
changes need to be published.
