Can anyone recmmend to me an architecture of Project
Server so that it is fast, I have Four Servers to work
with. Or here is what I am wanting to do. Have sql
enterprise manager on one server, analysis services on
another, have project server on one running IIS and have
the last server running sharepoint. Is this possile and
easy to do?

Goto the MS Project and Project Server topic in Technet. They got hell
lot of documentation and white paper that teach you how to deploy PS
from small to large environment, from single to multi server deployment.

It is very difficult to recommend an architecture with such little
information.

Your architecture seems fine and well designed but it depends on how many
users you have. Also, it depends on what type of users and how much they
will be using the system.

Take a look at this document to which mentions some of these items.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tr...chnol/project/project2002/deploy/psvconfg.asp

Also, here is a list of technical documents that might help with you with
the architecture.

http://search.microsoft.com/search/...st=b&qu=project+server+2002+performance&na=30

One last thing, if you have users using Project Pro at remote sites over a
WAN, you will most likely want/need to setup Terminal Services due to
performance issues.
