Project can't check-in and Unable to see Resources

Hi, Several of us all have admin rights as a user in Project, two projects
seems to be at a twilight zone. that both creator and Admin cannot check-in,
even in the PWA- Server Setting - Forced Check in doesn't work?

Another strange phenomena is all of sudden, we cannot see the Enterprise
Resources - in both PWA - Project Center- Build Team - error message " you
do not have sufficient rightts or no Resources is available" and in Project
2007 Pro, when you click on Build Team - nothing happens.

Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.

For the projects you cannot check in, on the server managed Queue
Jobs/Advanced Options/ check the Cancel jobs getting enqueued check box and
cancel any jobs assicated with those projects. Then force checkin the
project.

I have also seen this problem for larger systems (many projects and
resources) or busy systems. In IIS manager extend the ASP.Net request
execution timeout from 300 seconds to 600. How to do this can be found in the
Migration Guide for Office Project Server 2007 but don't use those numbers
(12 hours).

Hope this helps
