Project Center Filter in 2003

Anyone know if 2003 allows the administrator to set views up in
Project Center with filters applied to them? (This facility is
available at this level for project and resource views in 2002 but not
for Project Center views).

It was left out of the interface in 2002. It's available in 2003.
