Project Center View Not Working

In PWA, the Project Center View is not working for my company. We had it
working at one point and all of a sudden it just stop working. I need to edit
a customized field in the project level for all the project and i dont want
to go into Ms Project and fire up all 700 work books and fill in the detail
one by one . i Seriously need help.

Forgotten to mention, yes we did publish the projects and have administrative
rights and it actually did work at one point and now it just says.

"Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view. It is
most likely that you either don't have permissions to view the project,
another user has deleted this project(s) before you were able to view it or
that another user is in the process of publishing the project."

Jon - This sounds like the view time-out issue that has been reported in this
discussion group. The problem is in the published database and can be fixed
by updating the statistics. Search this group for details. I hope that this
helps.
