Project Center view

Hi,

Is it possible to filter projects in the project center by which users
only have tasks for? We have aimed for a regional structure heiarchy
for project security meaning-

Every project in the 'East' region has the 'East' AD group built for
the team, regardless if they have a task assigned to them in the
project. This is so all 'East' engineers can view all the projects in
their region. Yet, when they go to the project center, is there any way
to filter, or rather group the projects so the ones they have tasks for
are listed at the top? Thanks.

another issue is we are trying to allow users outside of our domain to
login project web access. right now we are testing our front-end box
out on a DMZ. now i know i can create local users to project server
that are not linked to AD users, but to even connect to the box, a
domain login pop up window pops up, and then only after you supply a
domain account, does it connect to the server and then direct you to a
project server login page. from here you can put in a local project
server account, but you still need a domain account to even talk to the
box. i am assuming it has something to do with an IIS configuration or
Project Server itself, i was just wondering if any of you have adressed
this issue? thanks again.
