Hi

Is it possible to create a view to show projects gant charts at say
Sub-task Level 1 level for all projects.

It would look similar to the standard project view but have more detail
for each project - kind of a mix of the individual project gant charts
and the enterprise level project gant chart view.

It would be cool to see this information and how projects stack up on
top of each other.

Sorry, but the lowest level of inforamtion within the Project Center is the
Project itself.
There is a Portfolio Tool out there called EPK. This tool has its own
"center" and allows you to do exactly what you are looking for. Have a look
at

The only default way to do this would be to create a master project for this
purpose. The master project would need to contain every project in your
system as a subproject. You could then collapse all of the subprojects to
show Outline Level 1. Hope this helps.
