Project-changes to baseline work should update totals

I want to be able to make changes to baseline work and have all of the
appropriate totals re-calculated. Using Microsoft Project 2003. Help in
this version clearly states that although the baseline work field value can
be changed, the totals will not be re-calculated and they are not.

But you can select the tasks that have changed values and then resave the
baseline. The dialog for doing that allows for saving just the selected
tasks to the baseline and then rolling those changes up the summary task
structure.
