Project check-in

I saved abd checked in a project on to the server. When I try to re-open the
project, it shows status "Checkin Pending". I went to Admin -> Force Checkin
page but I do not see this project checked out. I also stopped and re-started
the project Server Queue Service as suggested in other post. I still cannot
open this project as Read/Write as it keeps showing it with Status "Checkin
pending". any suggestions?

Hi Sandhya,

Open your Project Pro, click on Tools, Local Project Cache, select
Clear Cache. There you could see this project listed. Remove from
here, this is just the local copy with a status of Checkin Pending. If
you dont find the project here, change the drop down in that tab to
show "projects checked out to you" and you should be finding there.
And remove it now. Relaunch Project Pro and now you will be able to
open the schedule.

This happens when you close down Project Pro when the checkin job
for the schedule isn't completed in the queue. So wait for it and
close down.
