Project Compare Toolbar not working

I'm running Project 2003 SP2 and just recently had the Compare Project
Versions utility stop working. Tried setting up two simple projects with no
luck. No error messages, just no response when clicking the toolbar buttons.
Anybody have this problem? Any suggestions?

Tried this FAQ: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

but no luck. In the COM Add-ins Dialog selecting the Compare Project
Versions Utility returns the following Load Behavior: "Not loaded. A runtime
error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in."

Short of re-installing Project, I'm at a loss.

I used this to fix the Analysis toolbar. The approach should be the same for
any missing toolbar

I suspect your com add-in is incorrect and is for a different version of
Project. COM errors should also be report to Event log. Get the event number
and go to www.EventID.net

Were you able to fix this problem? We are having the same issue on several
PCs at work, resetting the tool bars and the Project Compare Add in did not
resovle the issue. I also tried a dectect and repair and a complete
reinstall of Project 2003 and still get the error.
