Project Creation Document

I want to create a standard document on MS Project which the project managers
or novice employee can follow. This document will have everything from
scratch, screenshots etc. People can just take that docuement ancd create a
project, following best practices etc.

Is there any example of such a document created by a company around?

Any help is appreciated!

I truly wish creating project models in Project were that simple...

Have you looked at the books available about Project, books on Project
Methodology, PMI's Book of Knowledge, the Project Map in Project's Help,
the Tutorial in Project's Help, etc.?
