Hi,
I've a question on calculating project delay.
We calculate task delay as % complete / number of days into the task
(difference of start and current date) against task duration
To replicate this to project level I was planning to use "Actual work" /
(Baseline work - remaining work)...
Would this be the right approach to do this or there is a better way?
Primarily I want to see comparison of how much work "should" have been done
according to the baseline plan V/s how much "has" been done.
Regards,
Sumit.
