Project dependency

I'm using Project 2003. I have several tasks that link to another single
task (using finish-finish). However, because the dependency lines are all at
the same angle, you can't always see which tasks are linked (unless you read
the predecessor column). Is there a way of staggering the links, but leaving
them still pointing back to the finish of another task?

Project doesn't provide much in the way of graphics power in the
interface. Ideas:

: expand or contract the time scale
: view the logic in a network diagram
: get a more sophisticated network view with a 3rd party add in like
PERTChart Expert
: right mouse click on Gant chart, pick layout, and pick a different
link style

All good options. Here's one more:

1) Window > Split Screen
2) Toggle the bottom view to the Relationship Diagram while keeping the Gantt
on the top.

Hi

In Gantt chart view there is not much flexibility. Still you may try Format
Layout > In Links options select the second option. It brings some clarity
to the dependencies.

In Network diagram go to Format > Layout > Link style > Straight. This will
format link lines as diagonal lines and dependencies would be clear.

I hope it helps.
