Unfortunately, I have just discovered (during a MAJOR project review
this morning) that PWA is not functioning correctly. It appears that
"all of a sudden", the function/module that populates to project
detail views is not functioning properly. One project was brought to
my attention late Tuesday afternoon, so I spent the better part of
Wednesday checking the project schedule out and republishing to see if
the project detail was being updated properly. After several attempts,
I then completed deleted the project from the server (sharepoint site
et al), then republished the project, as a new project to the server.
That's when I noticed that even though the project was saved
correctly on the server and the Project Center (project top-level) data
was correct, but the project detail was unavailable for the newly
published project.
In addition, I have verified and of the 8 projects reviewed this
morning, all 8 of them have been updated on the server since Monday,
April 11th, where neither project reflected the updates to the
project's detail data in PWA.
The results of the changes missing from the project details in the
updated project schedules, and the missing data from the newly
published project tells me that the function that populates the views
is not functioning correctly.
Any thoughts? Advise? Suggestions? Please advise - ASAP.
