project gallery

I am only able to see, under project gallery, three categories:
Blank Documents
My templates
Based on recent

Although the other folders under "Template" contain templates, they don't
show in the project gallery/category window...

Any body experienced the same??

It would probably help if you told us which OFFICE application you were
using?
