Project Guide

I cannot display the Project Guide. When I go to tools-options-interface- it
is greyed out. I have contaced my IT department and they have un-installed
and re-installed the program with no success. I am a new user to this
program and I need this guide.

Did you try View>Turn on Project Guide?

Yes -That is the first thing I did. The help menu states to go there first
then if not available thete then go to tools -options -interface. It is
"greyed" out in that area. Our service desk is also at a loss!

Hi Kathy,

Let's start a few steps back. What version of Project -- including
service packs are you running? What operating system? Are you
working with Project Professional connected to project server? Has
the installation been activated? Is your organization using a
custom project guide? If one of the IT people logs into your
machine with administrative privileges does the guide show for them?
