I am thinking about installing project server 2003. Is it
possible to do a complete implementation within 3 months?
The organization is made up of 4 lines of businesses and
150 resources. Also, how is the handoff usually handled?

Installing the software is one thing, but implementing the software properly
within your organization is another thing entirely. Are you planning on
using a partner to assist with your implementation, or do you intend to do
it yourself? If you are planning on doing it yourself, do you have any
experience with a Microsoft Project Server implementation?

It's certainly possible with a strong mandate from the CEO. The practicality
varies according to the complexity of your organization, its current level
of PM maturity, and the amount of attention it can give to the change
process.
