Project Info not Displayed after Publishing

I have an issue with our Project Server environment.

When user X publishes his project from Project Professional 2000, the
project publishes with no errors either in the event viewer or at the
client end and the Project is added to the list of available projects
in Project Web Access.

However, when opening the project, the resources, tasks and project
details are unavailable (they just don't display at all). After a
server reboot, the Project details appear, and resources, tasks and
issues are displayed.

Any ideas?
