Project installation

I am trying to install Project 2002 Professional on a unit
with Project 98. Project 2002 will not install. When I
attempt to remove the original Project I get the error
message "Installation data is missing".

Anybody come across this before?

One thing that helped us was to remove any existing
releases of MS Project client (98, 2000). Since doing
this, I've installed and configured MS Project 2002 for
about 15 users and have not had any problems.
