Project is unviewable

I work with Office 2002 at home and Office 2003 at work. I tried to sign
this project in 2003. Now at home when I try to view the code I get the
error message "Project is unviewable." MZ-Tools 3.0 reports the project is
locked. Is there a way to unlock it?
