Project 'Issues' -- no ability to 'Connect to Outlook'

I noticed that if I create my own tasklist on a project workspace, I can
subsequently perform the action of 'Connect to Outlook' (assuming Office 2007
is installed)... But I do not get this option in the action list with the
default 'Issues' [Issue Tracking] or 'risks'. Is this a hidden option for
these lists, or is it just not available?
