Project Manager Can't Assign Enterprise Resources

Does anyone know what the security permission settings are
for a Project Manager to be able to assign resources from
the build team from enterprises?

I have tried every permission setting possible, but I
can't seem to get the project managers to be able to view
the enterprise resources in the build team from enterprise
wizard. There are no filters applied, just a blank list
comes up........any help would greatly be appreciated.

In order for your resources to show up in the Team Builder Wizard, they must
be entered as resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool. Are your
enterprise resources all found in the Enterprise Resource Pool, or do they
only have user accounts in Project Web Access? Let us know and we'll try to
help you.

All resources are created in the enterprise resource
pool. I just want Project Managers to see resource
assignments for only their resources not every resource in
the resource pool.
