Project Mgmt task that auto updates w/duration-finish changes

Project mgmt task should be listed on schedules. It is a recurring task that
will end when the project ends. Would be nice if this task would:

1. auto update if schedule changes
2. allow amount of daily work to be set by percentage

Currently using Project 2003/Project Server
