assigned to a task

What is the difference between the Resource Mgr and Status Mgr? What
are the functions and implications concerning the RBS and permissions?

Andy:

The term "Resource Manager" defines a relationship between two people,
whereas "Status Manager" defines a relationship between a person and a task
in the system. A Resource Manager may have many direct reports and other
subordinates as defined by the RBS. A task may have one Status Manager who
receives, rejects or approves updates to the status of that task in the
system.
