Project Name is not displayed on Issues and Risks Page

An issue has been linked to one of my projects. The issue icon shows
up next to the project in the Project Center view. However, when you
go to the Issues and Risks view, the issue in the active count but no
project name is listed. Why? Is it because the issue was
unassigned? But by default it goes to the project owner so why
shouldn't the name at least show in their list?
