project notes not syncing in outlook

hi I am using project 2007 and putting lots of notes for employees to read
on the task,,, when they sync the tasks in outlook tasks the notes doent show
up there that i put... the tasks syncs fine notes dont.. and when employee
type something in notes body and update the task i see them in project
professional.. and i am able to see both notes in PWA but i wants to make
sure both my notes and employee notes are visible in MS outlook task or
calendar synching how can i do that.

i have project server 2007 sp2 and
ms project professional 2007
MS outlook 2003 and office 2003.

Imran --

Your complaint is one of the reasons I do not recommend using the Project
Server add-in with Outlook. Many people find it clumsy to use. A much
better way to use Outlook with Project Server 2007 (at least in my humble
opinion) is documented in the following Help blog article:

i have done that but i get run time errors some time while browsing in
outlook... may be the security settings of IE can you recommend the ideal
security setting should be for pws to work in outlook...

i still like the task to be sync in task or calandar if somehow notes can be
syched.. what is the issue in this method what needs to be fixed or solved to
make this option work?

I do not know how to fix your problems. Perhaps someone else in the
newsgroup has an idea for you. Sorry.
