Project open in another session???

I am trying to open a <projectname>.published file and
keep getting the error message: "You have this Project
open read-write in another session" yet there are no other
sessions open......some suggestions on how to resolve this
issue would be appreciated.

BCH --

It sounds like you need to have the project checked in for you by your
Project Server administrator. To do this, he/she should complete the steps
detailed on the following page:

Unless you have Project Server 2003, you cannot check in the project
yourself, and must have the Project Server administrator do it for you.
