Project Owner in Project Details Screen

Hi,

The Admin can see and change the project owner, but a PM
can't. Anyone know what setting is causing this? I want
the PM to be able to see and change the project owner too.

Ok I think I figured out that if you enable enterprise
features then the owner field shows up. Downside though is
that now the OLAP creation page shows up too. Any ideas on
how to disable the OLAP page for non-admin users while
leaving the enable enterprise features on?
