Is there a way to see or add the project owner column in Project Pro
File/Open window? If not, how can I find out such info within Pro?

Paul --

You cannot see this information in the Microsoft Project client. You can
view it in the Summary view in the PWA Project Center page. From there, you
can select the project and open it. Hope this helps.
