Project Owner's Outlook integration

I am the project owner and I enabled the Outlook integration. I am receiving
multiple events in Outlook's calendar for the same event. It seems as if
there are 5 resources assigned to an event, I get the same event scheduled 5
times in Outlook.

Any insight(s) would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Gary. I am using 2007. I am unsure how to change
assignment ownership or update the resource pool with default assignment
owner values.

I would imagine the answer is in your Ultimate Project 2007 book which I
just received, unfortunately the book is at home.

Would you expound on the process?

Gary,

On the Resource tab of the Task Information window in Project 2007, the
assigned resource(s) is/are identified as the assignment owner(s). However
the resource records in the Resource Center of PWA the Default Assignment
Owner is not specified for most resource records. There are records with a
default assignment owner which I did not specify. Is this saved when the
resource is assigned to a task?

I have assigned each resource in the resource pool as the Default Assignment
Owner, I would guess this was not set when I imported the resources since the
resources I created manually all had the Default Assignment Owner entered.
However, now after saving and publishing the project, nothing has changed in
Outlook. I deleted the scheduled tasks in Outlook and re-Imported Tasks only
to find the error returns?

To summarize:
1. My assignment as the default assignment owner appears to be the symptom
2. Since the resources I created were all designated as the default
assignment owner, my imported resources must have been incorrect / incomplete
causing my assignment as the default assignment owner.

Would that be correct?
