Project ownership change

Using MSP2003ENT;

When ownership changes on a Project: in PWA do the current updates,
tasks, status, risks, etc follow/transfer to new owner? Also what is
the previous owner able to view or change?

Reuter:

You take over ownership of the assignments by using the Republish
assignments feature selecting the checkbox to become the owner of the
assignments. At this point all pending and future updates are reassigned to
the person publishing the project. The access that the previous owner
retains is based on their security settings in the system more than the
ownership change.

Thanks Gary, one more thing I forgot to mention. If I change ownership in
PWA under-Admin/projects then select edit, as an admin I can change ownership
here. Do the same rules apply here that you descried below?
