Project Plan Builder - Import from Web Page

Hi,

I'm looking to design a web based picklist of tasks that our PMs can choose
from to then "automatically import" into MS Project. Has anyone seen this
done? IIL UPMM product does this and I simply want to duplicate the concept
as I found it to be very useful instead of constantly building templates.
