Project Plan doesn't show up in the Project Center

We use 2002 Pro with Project Server 2002. I've created a project and published it to the server. Using Collaborate, I've published all the information and the Project Plan and summary. I have administrator rights in PWA, so I've set up the groups and categories so that I should be able to see the project plan in Project Center

When I go to the Project Center, all my projects are listed. However, when I click on a project, I get this message: "There is no information to display in this view ... Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no information in the project plan to display.

Please ... what am I doing wrong? What piece am I missing
Thx

Shane:

This indicates a configuration problem. What errors do you see in the server
application event log?

Component: PCSViews

Description: Automation error
The server process could not be started because the
configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and
password.

Saj:

You have the same symptoms, but there's no telling whether it's the same
problem until we hear from Shane about his error log.

Your error indicates that one of services Project Server relies on to
publish is not starting because of a badly configured identity. So, you'll
need to look in the services panel of the Task Manager on the server and
review the project server services to hunt it down. I'd look at the Views
Notification Service first, but it could be others.

Gary - Here is the error message:

Line: -1
Error Number: 0x8000401a
Description: Automation error

It seems to be the same as the error given by Saj. Any suggestions?
