Project plan not opening in Web Access in one system

This is crazy but there is a project when (in project center) i click on its
name to open complete plan.. it says "loading data" and then gives a very
small box with just one cell and no data. All other projects have no issues,
they are opening up.

This is happening even if i login using Admin or any other user. But its
opening perfectly on all other systems.

I did reinstall the Web Access controls but the problem persists.

Any guess?
