I have a scenario that I would like some help with if possible.
My requirement is that before a project plan is published or re-published,
all departmental heads (whose resources are in the plan) must sign off the
plan before it is actually "published" and assignments are sent out. And a
plan cannot be published before it has been signed off by the relevant
divisional heads.
My question is, how can I configure PS 2007 such that email alerts are sent
out to departmental heads before the plan is published. Its almost as if a
intermediate stage is needed between draft and published.
