Project Plan to implement Project Server

Can anyone help me with a project plan for implementing Project Server
covering all aspects like business requirements, technical requirements, all
steps for installation and configuration, user training ....

Assuming you have Microsoft Project 2003 installed on your PC, do the
following:

1. Click File - New
2. Click the "On my computer" link in the sidepane on the left
3. In the Templates dialog, select the Project Templates tab
4. Select the Microsoft Office Project 2003 Deployment template and click
OK
