Project Portfolio 64 bits

I have a Sharepoint 64 bits installed in a Windows Server 2003 64 bits. We
tried to install Project Portfolio 2007 and discovered that there is no
version of Project Portfolio 64 bits. Does any body know where is goint to be
released a version of Project Portfolio in 64 bits, or how to workaround the
problem without installing everything in a 32 bits enviroment.

I don't know whether there will be a 64 bit version.

You're only options are to install on a 32bit machine, or on a 32bit VM on a
64 bit host.

We actually had this very question put to MS at one time. The
recommendation from them was NOT to run PPS2007 inside a 64bit OS.
Apparently there are some components that might not work as it should. You
can always install Windows 32bit on a 64bit machine, and use it like that -
but of course you lose out on the 64bit advantages.
